We had some time one evening and wanted to spend some family time at the lake. It was a really nice afternoon but when we got to the lake it didn't look much like fishing weather. The water was really choppy and much too windy for the baby. But it was the perfect weather for wind surfers (see pics below).
Utah Lake
Blaine ended up catching some fish anyways. He caught this large mouth bass and his first crappie. He was pretty excited. He came running to the car for me to take pictures of them.

Here are the wind surfers. They were so cool. I would never dare to do this but it was so neat to see. There were about 20 guys out there just having a blast!

So fun! I totally want to learn how to kite surf. It looks like a blast. I love that Blaine ran to the car so you could take pictures of his fish. Looks like you had a great outing!
