We're all getting a little antsy for spring and it doesn't help that the sun keeps teasing us every now and then. This past weekend was quite warm. Blaine even got to work on his motorcycle a little bit. He put a new tire on it and changed the chain-which isn't finished since we love to fight mechanicing stuff :0, then all it will need is an oil change to get going!
We were expecting snow this afternoon, but we were very surprised to find 6-8" in just a couple of hours! It's so crazy! We went out to scrape the sidewalk and clean off the cars. I surprised Blaine with a snowball...and then another...and then the fight was on! We felt like little kids again as we white-washed each other and inhaled snow as we were laughing so hard! It was so fun!
We then went for a drive in the truck to see the snow around town. We tried spinning in some church parking lots but found that they had already been played in. So we drove by our nephews house to see if they were outside. We had a plan that I would get in the back of the truck and we'd have a surprise attack, but nobody was outside. So we ended up slushing cars on the side of the rode and laughing our heads off! It was a great family activity for a Monday night:0
